The hotel is very well located, right in the heart of Punta Arenas, with good connectivity. The rooms are relatively spacious and comfortable, although they could use some maintenance, especially the furniture. The bedding is good and clean. The towels are a bit rough, but clean. The TV channel selection isn't extensive, but it does have a Samsung smart TV that allows you to connect to various streaming platforms. Bowls and glasses are provided in the rooms, and there's a water dispenser in the hallway with hot, cold, and warm water for making tea or coffee with the bags they leave in your room. The breakfast is quite good, a buffet with good quality fruit, a variety of cereals, yogurt, cold cuts, cookies, etc. You can toast bread, and scrambled eggs weren't available every day, but they'll make them if you ask. The staff is generally friendly, but some people can be a bit unfriendly. There's a bar and a restaurant in the hotel.

Good service. They were very kind to let me park right outside. All the electrical outlets in the room were faulty. Breakfast 8 out of 10: good cold cuts and fruit, but the juice was artificial.

I only go for the daily menu, excellent attention and service, very attentive, a comfortable and clean place, and the food is excellent.

I stayed for two nights for work. Excellent hotel, warm and clean rooms. It was quiet. Comfortable bed. A mini-fridge and a more comfortable desk with a chair were needed, as the one in the room was obstructed by the TV, making it difficult to work on my laptop. It would be good if they mounted the TV on the wall and freed up the desk. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of food. The restaurant and bar were wonderful, with great food and drinks. The only downside was the lack of room service. Everything else was excellent.
