The service from Ms. Ivonne and Ms. Maribel in the dining room and reception area was spectacular. Empathetic, charismatic, and always smiling.

A good place to stay for work in Temuco, and close to the event I attended. The breakfasts were good, and the room was standard for that type of hotel.
