Hotel Paraíso Piura

The place is very beautiful, and the staff is remarkably friendly and attentive. However, my experience was marred by two significant issues: the Wi-Fi signal never reached my room, and the presence of delegations generated excessive noise at night. I believe it is essential that management improve internet coverage and control nighttime noise to guarantee the rest and tranquility that all guests seek.

Everything was very nice and clean, the staff was very friendly, the only issue was that the streets leading to the hotel were under construction; but other than that, everything was 10/10. The rooms were spacious, we had a buffet, there's an elevator, parking, Wi-Fi, hot and cold water, and the room was very large.

Great experience, food 10/10, amazing service and attention :))

Quite comfortable and modern room, all with windows facing the outside, very close to the center (destroyed by municipal works)

I found two minor issues in the rooms, which is why I'm giving it a four-star rating. First, I left the window open for a few minutes, and when I arrived, I turned on the light, and in less than five minutes, there was a massive mosquito infestation. This was due to the light; perhaps it was my fault for not opening it, but anyway, that's what happened. The other issue is that I suggest installing a grab bar in the bathtub for the elderly, as not everyone has the balance to climb the 60 or 70 cm that the tub is high. Those are the two minor details; otherwise, everything was fine. I have no complaints about the service; everything was good, hence the five-star rating. As for the location, until they finish fixing the roads and sidewalks, the hotel will definitely be negatively affected by the dirt and dust, so we'll have to wait for this to improve and for the construction not to take forever.

A1 in everything; the only thing they need to improve is planning ahead for meal preparation when they have too many guests. Otherwise, excellent.

Top!
