I recommend this hotel; my stay was pleasant. They have air conditioning, and the rooms are nice and clean. The service is good, and the breakfast was delicious. It's very close to the main square.

The staff is extremely friendly. The room we were given had a mattress covered in vinyl-type plastic, then the bedding. It gets very hot while sleeping, and you can feel the springs. We slept, but we didn't rest, to be honest. Breakfast was included and delicious. 2/5 room, 4/5 service

Nice atmosphere. Clean and well-maintained. However, the streets, like everywhere in Piura, are a mess.

There's a lot to say about this hotel. The service is terrible; the girls prefer to be on the phone or chatting amongst themselves rather than helping guests. Be very careful; they advertise parking, but there isn't. There's only a private parking lot next door that doesn't belong to the hotel, where you can stay until 8 am and then have to pay 4 soles per hour. The rooms are even worse: dirty walls, unpleasant smell in the bathrooms, and they put things in the rooms and charge exorbitant prices. A 3-star hotel like this? They give you two remotes, one for the TV and the other for the climate control, but you can't see anything, and when it turns on, it has a foul odor. In the mornings, you can hear everything they say and they take things out with so much noise that it wakes everyone up. The Wi-Fi doesn't work at all. I had a terrible experience at this hotel and I don't recommend it under any circumstances. Be careful; don't be fooled by the 3 stars because I don't think it even deserves 1.
