關於此活動
Calgary Pride 於勞工節連假週末舉辦亞伯達省規模最大的驕傲活動，並以週日穿越市中心的遊行作為壓軸。卡加利的首次驕傲遊行於 1991 年 6 月 16 日舉行，當時約有 400 人遊行前往市政廳；該市市長當年宣布設立「同志權利週」，但隨後因反彈聲浪而撤回此宣告。2009 年，遊行改至九月連假週末舉行，同年 Calgary Pride 也正式註冊為非營利組織。
遊行免費入場。路線沿著西南區第 9 大道（9th Avenue SW），從西南區第 5 街（5th Street SW）延伸至東村（East Village）的東南區第 4 街（4th Street SE），主辦單位會在接近活動當日透過社群媒體公布開始時間。2026 年的 Calgary Pride 取消了在王子島公園（Prince's Island Park）設置單一會場的做法，改為將活動分散至全市各處，主要集中在市中心，因此描述公園慶典的舊旅遊指南已過時。
Tourism Calgary 估計 2026 年遊行的觀眾人數約為 60,000 人，參與隊伍近 150 個；Calgary Pride 並未發布官方統計數字。2026 年的驕傲週（Pride Week）於 8 月 31 日至 9 月 6 日舉行，遊行安排在 9 月 6 日星期日。截至我們查核時，2027 年的日期尚未公布，不過勞工節週末舉行的慣例已然確立。
