I want to be clear that my complaint is not about the bar, the manager, or the overall atmosphere. I have always had positive experiences at Cock Bar. Brandan, the manager, is extremely kind and professional, and the bar staff and overall vibe have always been great. My issue is specifically with the security staff. One night, while I was simply trying to find my coat check ticket, a security guard spoke to me in an inappropriate and unnecessarily aggressive tone. When I calmly asked him not to speak to me that way, he took a photo of me with his personal phone without my consent. I asked him to delete it and decided to leave. I don’t know if the photo was shared, but the act itself felt completely inappropriate, disrespectful, and an abuse of authority. What upset me even more was what happened afterward. At no point was I formally informed that I had been banned from the venue. I only found out later when I tried to enter again and was removed without explanation. After that, a member of the staff told me that I had apparently been banned because I had sent an email complaining about the incident. This was honestly the most frustrating part of the situation. Being banned without any communication, and seemingly as a result of raising a legitimate concern, gives the impression that feedback or complaints are not taken seriously. It was also surprising and unprofessional to learn about such a decision informally through another staff member rather than directly from management. I genuinely appreciate Cock Bar and its community, which is why this situation was so disappointing. My intention was simply to raise a concern about inappropriate behavior from a security guard. I hope the management takes situations like this seriously and ensures that concerns from customers are handled fairly and professionally.

This was 2 years ago when I went to say goodbye to my friends as I was leaving ontario. I hope the owner reads this review. People who know me that I don't Drink. Got a Gingerale and started to say my goodbye. I took my insulin and then felt funny. Started to get an allergic reaction. The Daft manager thought I was drunk and had security throw me out. Went to hospital after. He should and staff should have some medical training for emergency like mine. Also I use to dance and helped some of the dancer's and for them and hard work I gave them each a thong for dancing. Next time the manager should treat people with respect. And another thing was the manager also knew I did not drink. People who saw what the manager did to me thought it was disgusting and they told me the manager should be charged with not helping with a medical condition. Not sure how many dancer's that I know who are left but Wishing you all a merry Christmas.

Had an amazing time last night at Cock bar with the friends to celebrate one of their birthdays. The amazing Manager - Morgan helped me with all our requests about reserved tables and seating, venue layout, she provided balloons, signage, updates in the lead up aajd through thw night! We had such a phenomenal time amd already bringing our friends there too!

Best bar in Toronto! And thee best bar tender too! Cheers Morgan! Thanks for making our time a blast!
