Every staff member or volunteer I've interacted with here has been an absolute delight. Truly so kind and respectful and informative. Healthcare can be so awful to interact with but this clinic really goes out of their way to make a potentially embarrassing or difficult appointment as respectful and affirming as possible. Sarah, Eloise, and Zainab were so sweet especially!

I had such a positive experience at Hassle Free Clinic. The entire process was seamless, and one of the biggest reasons was that they offer Penthrox as a pain-management option during procedures. I had previously attempted the same procedure at Women’s College Hospital, but I had to stop midway because of the pain and anxiety. I was surprised by the lack of options like Penthrox, especially after hearing that patients can experience such severe pain that some have even fainted during these procedures. My experience at Hassle Free Clinic was completely different. Having Penthrox available made the procedure so much more manageable and allowed me to actually complete it. Beyond that, everyone I dealt with was incredibly compassionate, kind, understanding, and helpful. I felt listened to and cared for throughout the entire experience. I really wish more clinics offered patients these kinds of pain-management options instead of expecting them to simply endure the pain with Advil taken 1 hour prior to the procedure 😭😭. I’m extremely grateful to Hassle Free Clinic and would absolutely recommend them, especially to anyone who is anxious about pain or has previously struggled with a procedure!

What an absolute gem in such a crazy world. I’ll be sure to refer any friends or family to this clinic specifically because of Sarah.
