Don’t use an app to book here or they will punish you with a room that is a handicap, and the same size and comfort as a closet. The homeless sleeping outside have better accommodations. They told me to get a comfortable room next time to book at the desk and to not use an app - as they laughed and agreed, when I said the room was the worst room I had ever found in a nice hotel.

The service upon arrival was inadequate. The reception staff showed no willingness to quickly resolve the issue with the rooms. After a long trip and a tiring day, we had to wait approximately 40 minutes for the appropriate person to arrive and address the problem, without being offered any alternative accommodation while it was being resolved. Furthermore, the room cleaning was poor. The hand soap was not replenished unless we requested it. The shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap were of very poor quality, and the towels had an unpleasant odor.

Beautiful hotel, one of the best in Tijuana. However, I stayed there a few months ago with my partner, and one of the receptionists gave information to someone who called to verify that my partner was there. We learned that the employee initially refused, but after the other person lied to her, she agreed to give them the information, including his room number and everything. It's important to emphasize that these are personal matters, and giving out information about whether your clients are staying there and their room number is terrible, as you don't know if you're putting that person at risk.

Multiple days in a row I was able to get fruit for breakfast with my ticket. This morning I was told I was unable to get fruit with my breakfast ticket. Be consistent. Real nice send off to a horrible experience with the cardiologist group. Par for the course.

Absolutely stunning hotel and extremely clean. Very safe and affordable as well. The rooms are so nice and comfortable. I was there for a very short stay, so I did not use many of the amenities such as the spa, dining options, pool area but they all looked really nice. The gym is hands down the best gym I have seen at any hotel/resort.
