Visitors praise the hotel's accessibility, with one noting a rare low bed height ideal for wheelchair transfers. However, many guests complain about the casino being "tight" with machines not paying out and some dining experiences being disappointing, like tough steak. Service can also be an issue, with long waits at the front desk and unhelpful staff mentioned.

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort

Visiting from Missouri by way of Texas. I recommend this resort, hotel, casino combo. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I enjoy the multiple dining choices, I do recommend and would return. Troy the sales manager was very helpful and informative.
