Vista Grande Resort - A Gay Men's Resort
旅客們常讚譽這裡親切樂於助人的員工、美麗的園區環境以及現點現做的可口早餐。然而,部分住客也反映內部裝潢較為老舊且牆壁隔音不佳,導致噪音干擾的問題。

We stayed at Vista Grande on our recent visit. We loved it. The staff was charming and helpful. It was part of a bigger trip, I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!
Just an excellent resort. The breakfast and lunch is a nice treat. The rooms and resort are clean, well-maintained, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to come back.
While there are many reasons to visit Vista Grande, I keep coming back for a relaxing week in paradise. Gardens and pools. Hummingbirds and doves. Excellent service and breakfast made to order—every single day. I’ve been vacationing at least once a year for the past 20 in Palm Springs, and I’ve stayed at many of the resorts. Once I discovered it, my favorite has become Vista Grande.
Such a great little resort. Stayed here in Feb/Mar after canceling our PV trip last minute(we were lucky to get a room!) We stayed across the street at the annex in a 2BR APT which was very clean and quiet. The main grounds are beautiful and the staff couldn’t be nicer. Some extra nice touches: Delicious, made to order breakfast is included (!), the pools are heated to 92* and the hot tub is HOT. Tom the manager was super cool and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.
Exquisitely appointed suites in a lush tropical garden setting. Wonderful amenities, excellent services and a friendly, helpful staff. I would not stay anywhere else in Palm Springs.
Had the best time staying at this beautiful luscious resort!! Facilities were excellent! Best staff very friendly and accommodating! Thanks everyone! We will be back!
My partner and I had an excellent time at the resort. The staff/team are extremely friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious every morning and we had choices. Lunch was delicious on Saturday (cookout) and especially the banana pudding! The grounds are well-kept and they were always tidying up throughout the day. The main pool was excellent and heated during our stay (there was a cold snap last week). We were thankful for the many umbrellas and even one at the pool. We will gladly stay here again.
Standing like an old deck of cards in the middle of a desert-chic neighborhood reminding you of an era long time gone that never caught up with today’s modernization. The interior looks like an old movie set of The Munsters tv series built with paper thin walls where you are given no choice but to join the conversation. The two decayed and stained pools built with old school plaster makes you wonder if there is any trace of asbestos potentially exposing each of their guest to significant health risks. Lastly, their Four Seasons Hotel nightly rate leaves you paused as you proceed deeper into what was once called a resort.
Perfect desert getaway for men
Great place to get away. Remodeled rooms, great pool with beautiful landscape. My recommendation is that you chill at this property and enjoy the great pools/ jacuzzi and awesome people. My only additional comment is that the pricing at this place has been going up and up, it is now more expensive than other resorts offering very comparable services. The city of PS itself is a great town, the nightlife is so fun with many gay bars and the hiking around is beautiful. If you are up to a drive, Joshua tree np is amazing.
First time at this hotel. Everything about it was amazing. I hated to leave and cannot wait to be back.
Looking back, I realized the overall experience needed some editing. I wanted to have access to The Atrium resort as part of my stay, and it had always been before, for years! After being told I would have access by the front desk employee, this was not the case. In the room the fridge door handle was a bit loose; additionally, in the bedroom was an imitation tree which started falling apart during my stay, and was so flimsy there was no way to save it. And lastly, on my bill was a Resort Use Fee after having a 4-night stay. Funny way to lure me to return after driving across 2 states to get to the resort. Thanks for reading.
I'm simply leaving a five-star review because this is an openly LGBTQ business and as a trans person, I quite appreciate this. Please do not refer to me by the dead name that is in this review lmaooooooo have lots of fun baby!
Great staff, relaxed environment, comfortable rooms
Been here several times and we enjoy the resort. Great landscaping and friendly staff.
Very good place to stay lot of fun day and night
We had an amazing time at Vista Grande! The resort was beautiful and the staff were incredibly kind. Fun atmosphere and great guests. Highly recommend!
If I could give the service at VG more than five stars, I would! Such a great, kind, generous group of staff who are friendly at every turn. I loved staying here and can’t wait to return. Also — such a lush landscape in a town that doesn’t have many!
Very close to the airport, but don't use the bus because it only comes once an hour. The breakfast is made fresh every morning by a chef who gives several options. The pools, but one are heated. There are misters all over to cool down the desert heat. The owners are doing a good job of keeping the rooms updated. The staff is very friendly. I want to come back next time I'm down here.
Very lush folsge. Attentive staff. Pool cleaned daily. Great resort
What can you say to a resort that has everything. Great food, friendly flirty staff, clean pools, lush greenery and attracts some of the most amazing guests from around the country and world. The upkeep on this place is around the clock. You will see them during the day endlessly maintaining and making sure you are comfortable and happy staying here. At night they quietly run around making sure towels are available and everything is working properly. My husband and I will be making this resort our number one destination when we come to Palm Springs again. My Husband and I would like to thank all of your staff for making our first time stay, a memorable one. Outstanding stay at Vista Grande, as always. My husband and I have been visiting for 20 years now. We stay for 5-9 days and visit annually (would love to go more frequently but it's a big trip for us and hard to leave the East coast more often). The staff is the main reason we return year after year. Tom, the manager has been consistently leading improvements for the past 10 years or so, and he as a GREAT team in place. I'd like to specifically mention Mike, Rodrigo, and Chris, just because we've interacted with them the most. Mike is always helpful and truly looks out for guests. Rodrigo is so much fun and makes everyone feel so important, even if you just bump into him around town he's like a dear friend. He helps out all over the place whether making breakfast, refreshing rooms, answering questions - you name it. And Chris keeps the kitchen churning out really, no... REALLY good food. Sure they put out all the continental breakfast staples (bagels, muffins, cereals, etc.), but also provide made to order breakfast scrambles and burritos with loads of toppings to choose from (bacon, cheeses, sausage, fresh veggies, etc.), French toast, Crepes? He also plans and prepares the food for their weekly and holiday parties. Not the instant eggs they serve up in chain hotels; good fresh stuff prepared to order. People have often asked why we go to Palm Springs and stay at Vista Grande year after year & why don't we try something else. The answer is simple. We do go other places from time to time for "adventures" or to visit friends, but our Palm Springs vacation is a special time to really relax and let go of cares, even if just for a week. Why in the world would we trust that special and limited opportunity to chance when we know the Vista Grande team will deliver consistently year after year? That would be dumb. Go, you'll probably love it. It's your vacation to design, so make it what you will. Want to spent some quiet time alone? Great; do it - the staff are not intrusive. Want to have fun and make new friends? Great; do it - don't be a wall flower. Introduce yourself to people and strike up a conversation (practice with a friend before you go if that feels awkward or challenging). The rooms are each unique (we've stayed in 8 different ones over the years) and all have their own special perks. You can always bring home your leftovers from a restaurant because they all have microwaves and refrigerators. Try some local restaurants, visit the local bars and other businesses, even if you just want to people watch. Go and have fun!

We just spent three nights at Vista Grande and enjoyed our stay. The staff and fellow guests were super friendly, the property was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing and jovial. The full breakfast to order was the icing in the cake, delicious! We look forward to come back.
Beautiful suites in a lush tropical garden setting. Excellent service, friendly staff, clean and comfortable luxurious setting. I hated to leave.
Always a great visit here. Have been coming here for years. Property, rooms, amenities, staff, check in process, breakfast - all above average. Location is fantastic to downtown, restaurants and bars
I cannot describe what an amazing time I had staying here. It's a friendly Eden in my new favourite city. The friendliness extends to the welcoming team, especially Tom and Jake, and also the other guests - who when I was there were almost exclusively American, but from all over the country. As a solo traveller, it was great to be able to make some life-long friends but also to have the time and space to decompress and totally relax. The garden and grounds are a real highlight of Vista Grande. It's a proper lush Oasis, and no pictures can do it justice. There are hummingbirds and butterflies diving in and out of waterfalls and gorgeously coloured flowers. There are two swimming pools in the main area, one with music, a hot tub with powerful jets and a secluded cold plunge pool under a waterfall. I booked very late, and almost wasn't able to stay, but Tom helped me piece together my stay through their booking platform, and I was in a quiet annexe on the other side of the road - although people who stay there have the choice of five pools instead of the usual four! This area was more like a Desert Modernist bungalow, and the room had everything I needed, including a fridge and microwave, so I didn't need to eat out every single night. Some of the other guests showed me theie rooms too, and there is a real mix of styles going on, with some of the rooms by the waterfall being incredibly extravagant and perfect for a special occasion. The breakfast included was delicious and I always got up early to eat it as the sun came up over the mountain. The burritos were great, and the chefs make muffins and cookies each day. The team arrange a couple of lunchtime pool parties each week which are fun as well. The location is great, a quiet neighbourhood with Trails, the Main Drag and a strip mall all within 15-20 minutes walk. It took about 20 mins in an Uber to get to the Cable Car Tramway and 15 minutes to the airport! I plan to return next year, but a massive thank-you to the team for an amazing holiday of a lifetime.
First time staying at Vista Grande last month for a few days . . . I want to give it a 3.5 star, but I'll round up to 4 . . . We're no stranger to staying at these small resorts in Palm Springs, so, after many years, we have certain expectations, and it comes down to little things. The staff was overall great, especially the guys in the kitchen. The room itself (we booked on the Vista Grande part of the property - which was quiet / more secluded - unlike by the Avalon / main pool with music) was actually quite nice - for a studio it had plenty of room, full kitchen, and two entrances (this is crucial, because one of the entrances you had to go through the main lobby every time - so having a back entrance was nice) I would say a couple issues with the room, was the lack of lotion or conditioner in the bathroom, as well as the quality of the bath products (they felt cheap). The breakfast served every morning was made fresh (egg scrambles was our go-to) and the highlight. There was some moldy english muffins and the toaster never really worked. Also, that coffee . . . oooooofff, it was awful (most of the time it was so watery, and when you could get a cup of something more full strength, it didn't taste great) - so plan ahead there - there are coffee makers in the rooms, just buy your own beans. There was a surprise delight one of the days; there was a pool party and they made some great tostadas! (Lunch is typically an add on charge / order from a catering company) The other thing is that the only options for refreshments are green tea and cucumber water - which, while fine, get a little boring after awhile. Also, the big cups for water / tea don't fit well under the containers . . . I would also comment that I felt a little nickel and dimed after the whole trip; there is a resort fee, there was a gratuity card with pre-selected options presented (it felt similar to when you go anywhere and there is a digital tip screen), a shop at the lobby (which, is convenient, don't get me wrong), but everything costed something. Compare all of this to another groups of resorts we stay at in Palm Springs where both breakfast and lunch are served/included, they have a canteen with cookies, fruit, popcorn, and a great selection of tea, lemonade, canned beverages. A welcome basket and sunscreen are all included. So, while we wouldn't not come back, for the cost (over $400/night all in all) it certainly isn't our first choice for resorts in Palm Springs.
A faded motel still standing in the middle of a desert-chic neighborhood reminding you of an era long time gone that never caught up with today’s modernization. The interior looks like an old movie set with paper thin walls where you are given no choice but to join the conversation. My anticipated dip in the pool quickly tuned into an illusion at the sight of a decayed and stained pool, Lastly, their exorbitant nightly rate left me paused as I proceeded deeper into what was once called a resort.
I have now stayed in all three sections of the resort. The side with big pool tends to be a bit more social. Last time as "Mirage Man" in the back with larger suite, quiet and nice by the hot tub. Now in a corner by the little pool. More private and nice. Staff is friendly and many are long term. Daily breakfast is great!
