Blue Ash has pulled off an amazing free venue. There are plenty of activities for families with kids and couples. Food is available during some hours, by the apartments. (Senate bar, Brown Dog Cafe, Sugar n Spice.) The tower is closed for renovation. Nature walk on the southwest edge of the park. Plenty of parking.

My son was enrolled in the summer camp program at Summit Park District. Camp started Monday, July 31, 2023. Day 2 of my son being in camp, he came home with a bit on his abdomen. No one called to inform us of this incident, we didn’t find out that he was bitten by another kids until we came to pick him up. Which is unacceptable!!! They wiped the bite with an alcohol wipe and put a bandage over it. He also had a knot on the back of his head, but he stated that happened when he fell trying to kick a ball. We weren’t notified about that incident either. Here we are, day 4 and he has been kicked out of summer camp because a little girl claimed that my son touched her private part on accident. While they were under a cover together. Why are the boys and girls under a cover together in the first place? Also, if what took place was an accident, why is you kicking him out?

Love this park. We were here for a birthday party that was held in one of the reserved rooms by the tower. Even though it was cold and snowing, the kids had a great time playing on the various playgrounds and ice skating with breaks in between for indoor games, pizza, and cake. Even had hot chocolate for sale at the restaurant next to the ice rink. Also, the ice rink rents modern skates with “ski boot-type” closures that fit very securely for little ankle, and they also have little carts you can push around if your child (or you!) do not feel stable on the ice. I really cannot say enough about how great this park has turned out to be! My kids (8 and 12) love it.

What a well thought out park! It has everything but is so well designed that you never feel crowded by people enjoying all of the activities. Local restaurants on site, a place for concerts, a dog park, one of the best playgrounds I've seen - very creative activities for kids. Walking trails, a beautiful and educational lake. The landscaping using native plants and signage provides explanation of what you are seeing. They take full advantage of every opportunity for you to truly enjoy the outdoors. We've seen people practicing yoga and playing frisbee or just enjoying the porch swings that are thoughtfully placed around the main field. And there's a tower to overlook everything - take the stairs or the elevator. This park is "wow!"

No description would do the park justice. Our sons enjoyed the water play area, the zip line, the playgrounds and just being on the area. Definitely worth a visit!

This was a delightful surprise during my trip to Cincinnati. I thought the tower was an airport when I first drove by, but then I saw it lit up at night and decided to check it out. Great area to walk around and have a picnic. I wish more communities had such a stunning park and gathering spot.

Summit Park is a modern park that meets the needs of all ages. It is a spacious area that includes restaurants, ice cream shops, kids park, zip lines, a pond, an open field for performances. It was a beautiful day even with a small drizzle there was so much to do! The kids park had a variety of activities for all ages. The slides, seesaw, and climbing ropes are all good quality. The park was very clean! The ice cream shop was delicious! It’s a great place to get exercise. There were lots of people walking, biking and running. There was a group doing yoga but with the vast open field it didn’t even dent the space available! I would highly recommend if you have kids that vary in age! Great date night as well!

Took my niece's family here in early July, and we were very disappointed. There's not much at all for smaller kids under 3 to play on, and there is absolutely no shade at all - we had to leave after just a short time or melt from heat exposure. They had more fun at Sharon Woods.

Summit Park was a former airfield and huge piece of property. Since it opened as a park, they seem to be adding things on a consistent basis. There are plenty of activities from playgrounds, concerts, and the observation tower. There are also restaurants and mmore and more festivals each year.
