Visitors frequently praise the hotel's clean rooms, excellent breakfast, and beautiful location, with many highlighting the attentive service, particularly from manager Nikhil Singh. However, some guests report a decline in quality, citing issues with room maintenance like leaky windows and non-working refrigerators, as well as a poor breakfast buffet with limited variety. I stayed at this hotel for a few days. The room was generally clean and looked as advertised. The bedsheets were clean, although one of the pillowcases was old and slightly torn and should be replaced. The hotel also provides only one bottle of water per day, which I think is not enough. At least two bottles per guest would be more reasonable. The Wi-Fi was decent and worked reasonably well during my stay. The shower pressure was good, but there was no proper hot water during my stay. The water was only slightly warmer than cold water and was not even lukewarm, which made showering uncomfortable. The hotel advertises breakfast, but unfortunately the breakfast was very disappointing. It was delivered to the room and consisted of a small piece of bread with a very thin slice of beef cut into two pieces, some salad, a cream spread, and a packaged juice. My colleagues and I ate it once and later experienced diarrhea, so we never ordered it again. After a few days, we noticed that the breakfast was being brought in from outside. In my opinion, it would be better not to advertise breakfast than to provide something of such poor quality. On the positive side, the hotel smelled pleasant, and the staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay. They mainly spoke French, but they tried to assist whenever possible. The biggest issue occurred on our last day. When we were checking out, there was no water available in the hotel, which meant none of us could take a shower before leaving. This is unacceptable, as guests should have access to water at all times. The location is also not ideal. The area is very crowded, noisy, and not particularly clean. There is not much to do within walking distance, and you generally need to take a taxi to go somewhere more comfortable. Overall, the room cleanliness, decent Wi-Fi, and friendly staff were positive points, but the lack of hot water, poor breakfast, water outage, and inconvenient location significantly affected my experience. I would rate this hotel 3 out of 5 stars.

Best experience, their breakfast needs improvement. Who drinks milk powder and juice for no good reason!

A clean hotel in Kinshasa, with passable service. It must be said that there is room for improvement.
