Let's see, I don't think anyone goes to this country on vacation. And if they do, they're making a mistake. The hotel is very nice, but the surroundings are like something out of a horror movie.

Restaurant on the 1st floor was awful, the service was really bad and slow. Came with some friends to celebrate an occasion and we ordered a cake, the knife couldn't cut it half. Not to mention the food and drinks, which were awful and not tasty at all. Wish I could give it a 0 start but consider yourselves warned not to spend your hard earned money there!!!!

Originally a Turkish-owned and operated business, it has been handed over to Somali owners. Every staff member I interacted with spoke fluent English, French, and Arabic. The staff, who worked in shifts in the restaurant sections, provided excellent service. The head chef is Turkish and from Adana. They prepare very delicious food. Their restaurant is also named Istanbul. I would like to thank the owners.
