Novotel Convention & Spa Antananarivo

Having stayed at the Radisson regularly during my visits to Antananarivo, I tried the Novotel and was definitely not disappointed. A truly high-class hotel, from the rooms to the food, including the spa. Special mention goes to the room service team, the housekeeping staff, and Adonis at reception.

We stayed here to acclimatise before hitting the road to explore the country. The rooms are generous size and clean. The breakfast has a great selection of dishes and fruits. Our favourite part is the sauna and spa area. A hidden gem and oasis to wind down at the end of the day. The facilities are still new and working well.

Great hotel, friendly staff and top-notch service

We had a pleasant stay at the Novotel Antananarivo. We particularly appreciated the suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and a pleasure to stay in. The staff's welcome was also a real highlight: everyone was smiling, available, and attentive. The restaurant also deserves a mention. The meals are generally of good quality, and the breakfast buffet is varied and generously stocked. A special mention goes to our waiter, Désiré, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and quality of service greatly contributed to making our meals very enjoyable. Always attentive and caring, he deserves to be commended. However, a few points could be improved to offer an experience that fully lives up to the hotel's reputation. The room service is sometimes inconsistent and inconsistent. Upon our arrival, the room was equipped with only one bath towel, even though there were two of us. We requested an additional towel and a pair of slippers, but no one came back to bring them to us. Furthermore, the slippers provided were not in their original packaging. While they were certainly clean, this presentation did not visually guarantee that they were new, which could create unnecessary doubt among guests. We also noted that the evening turndown service was not consistently provided. Finally, we would like to extend our sincere thanks to Raj Beehary and Karen Chan, whose attentiveness, availability, and constant dedication to guest satisfaction greatly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. Their professionalism and kindness deserve to be highlighted. In summary, a very good stay at a hotel that we readily recommend, with a few adjustments to the room service that would allow it to reach an excellent level of quality.

Attended a 2-day training workshop on 15th & 16th July 2026. World class service! I enjoyed the ambience, the conference facilities and the food! Just right for an international training workshop! Kudos to the sales team, especially Ms. Harinavalona for efficiently facilitating the venue reservation and making sure that everything went as planned. I look forward to visiting NOVOTEL Convention & Spa Madagascar again

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel in July 2026. The Hotel Manager, Mr. Raj, was incredibly helpful and ensured we had a great experience. The staff, especially Toby, Natholie, and Larissa, were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The staff is excellent. My stay was a great experience, and I would recommend this hotel to everyone. If you are not visiting the Novotel in Tana... then you're not visiting Madagascar. Tiana and her team were amazing.

I stayed for eight nights at the end of May and was generally satisfied with the hotel. At the time, I left my membership information with the staff to have the points credited. Three staff members recorded my account details, but it has been over ten days and I still haven't received the points? Could you please contact me to retroactively add the missing points? This is really not good.

We stayed at Novotel for 3 nights and everything was perfect. Room was clean and spacious and the staff were incredibly kind. Thank you for a good stay!

This hotel is truly one of the establishments that make Madagascar proud. Its professionalism, the quality of its welcome, and its level of service place it on par with modern hotels found in Europe. The reception is exemplary, and the customer experience is particularly well-maintained.
