The rooms are dirty and very, very basic. The bathrooms need urgent renovations. The breakfast and location are excellent.

Authentic hotel but needs some sprucing up. Bathrooms definitely needed done updating and cleaning. Breakfast buffet was okay.

It's a charming place, quite traditional in style, with extremely friendly staff. You can exchange currency at reception, which makes things much easier. Our room was clean, and everything worked perfectly. I was pleasantly surprised because I had seen a couple of bad reviews on Google complaining about everything, but I have to say the hotel is very good. It includes breakfast and is very well located. I would definitely stay there again if we return to Casablanca. Congratulations to all the hotel staff who make you feel comfortable and help you with any questions.

We took a 9-day tour of Morocco and stayed one night at this hotel. We chose it because the photos looked quaint, but the building is rundown. The rooms are dimly lit, making it look like a 1920s hotel, and it already didn't make a great impression. It would have been a minor disappointment if it weren't for the lack of reception staff. We had a problem understanding the tourist tax, and the receptionist seemed annoyed instead of explaining the problem, treating us superficially. The rooms are falling apart, not to mention the bathroom. Rust everywhere, so much so that we refused to shower. The towels were also stained with rust. They try to make breakfast a bit of a joke. The only positive point goes to the gentleman who shows you to your room, who is truly kind. Never again!

Two nights spent in this Riad, Superb welcome and top-notch service! The hotel is very well located, close to the Medina, the port, and public transport. Affordable price... And what can I say about the breakfast...sumptuous!!! However, we found the room too basic. The shower wasn't really functional (this could have been anticipated). If you're looking for peace and quiet, look elsewhere... between the other guests, the slamming doors, and the elevator. At your service!

The building itself gives the impression of being old and shabby. The room is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of hot water, but the plumbing needs to be renovated. When I took a shower, the toilet area would flood, and there was a constant leak from the base of the bathroom faucet. I was given an upper floor, so there was no insect damage at all. The location is convenient, close to the tram and within walking distance of the train station. The receptionists were all polite.
