Very good value for the price. Breakfast was quite good and homemade. Very helpful staff. Close to everything, good location. Quiet and renovated room.

I strongly advise against this property. The hotel is dirty and constantly smells of damp. The windows don't close properly, letting in cold drafts all night. The towels provided were smelly, but the worst thing was the presence of dust mites/bugs in the bed, which caused a rash on my legs. Finally, the breakfast is of terrible quality and clearly substandard. Absolutely do not stay here.

Hotel located near the old medina and its markets. The room was located in an area where the noise prevented complete rest. The breakfast is nice. The price/quality ratio is good.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at this hotel. Although I was with my wife and young children, the receptionist insisted on seeing our marriage certificate, a procedure that is illegal according to the latest official directives from the Moroccan Ministries of Justice and the Interior, which stipulate that a national identity card is sufficient. Despite my explanation that this request was illegal and constituted an invasion of privacy, he remained obstinate and refused us accommodation, showing no consideration for the children's condition or our travel fatigue. This behavior not only reflects poor management but also undermines the state's efforts to promote domestic tourism and respect individual freedoms. I will be filing an official complaint with the tourism authority and the relevant departments to ensure that this violation does not happen again.

I would have liked to give it more than 3 stars because the hotel is very well located, right in the center of everything. Outside, it's a bit of a rough area at night. The rooms are decent. However, there's a major noise problem! It's awful; you really feel like you're sleeping in the middle of a roundabout. It's a shame because a small investment could greatly improve the quality and comfort of the hotel for guests.

Excellent place to enjoy Casablanca. Right on the main square, great views. Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable. Recommended.

Not recommended. The bathrooms are moldy, it's very noisy due to the traffic, and it smells strongly of mold. The staff was very friendly; we were given a new room immediately, which was also moldy, though not as badly as the first one. I would never stay there again. I'm used to German standards, though. We were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out.

It's okay, nothing special. From the reviews before ours, we expected worse. We stayed in the family room; the beds were comfortable, the room was fairly clean, and the room was comfortable. Luckily, our room didn't face the street, because if it had, it would have been very noisy and annoying. The only downside was the bathroom being a bit small and the shower cold because there wasn't any hot water. Breakfast, on the other hand, was a bit pitiful, but considering the variety of food stalls nearby, it's passable. If you don't have high expectations and are just passing through Casablanca, this place is fine, especially given its proximity to the main attractions. It's obviously a Moroccan 4-star hotel, but don't expect the standards of a European 4-star hotel.
