Very disappointing customer service. After arriving, I called to ask for the room access code. The female staff member answered in an impatient and rude manner, repeatedly insisting that someone had already called about it. Even after I explained that it was not me, she continued to argue instead of listening. It was eventually discovered that there had been confusion because another guest had the same name. Rather than apologizing for the misunderstanding, the interaction left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Professionalism and basic courtesy were seriously lacking…
Pretty close to the centre of town, descent size room friendly staff
I've stayed here a few times over the years and for a no-frills place I can't fault it. Right on the main street and an easy stroll to and stagger back from the pub. Quiet, safe, clean, inexpensive. A winner.
