My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. They do not accept online payments and charge very high prices compared to the facilities they provide. The room facilities were poor, the electricity kept going out, and the AC was not working properly. The owner himself kept demanding extra charges. Overall, the hotel is overpriced for the kind of service and comfort they offer. I would not recommend staying here.

Oh, how I wish I had read the reviews before accepting the change to my booking, which led me to this “homestay.” After reading through the reviews afterwards, I realised that “South Delhi Residency” seems to change guests’ bookings at the last minute quite frequently, leaving people with little choice but to stay at “Hotel Grove Residency” instead. The staff here were extremely unprofessional. I had to repeatedly ask for basic things like the WiFi details and even a blanket. The cleanliness was also terrible, I found a dead cockroach on the floor, and there was an obvious bird dropping stain on the blanket they provided after I requested one. Please avoid at all costs!!

Visited this palace is very good rooms and the met with Arya he is so cooperative and nice service Thank you 🙏

Super honest review! The room was okay. The location was beautiful. But if you guys refer to the 1 star reviews abt the hotel and the scammer manager, it happened to us too!!!!! and it was a genuinely stressful experience!!!! 😭😭😭 Why asking me to get the refund from the hotel booking app??? Isn't it your responsibility? And those annoying phone calls 🥲 Nobody should have a stressful vacation tbh!! CHEATERS. First they scammed us with an extra 700 rs. Then they wanted to get refund for the remaining 8k rupees from hotel booking app. No way that's happening.

Plss pls don't check the postive review. It was not even a hotel Some homestay 😶
