I must mention the Astral Nirvana Suites hotel, one of the best I've stayed at in Eilat. A bartender named Kurdi is a champion with a level of service that is above and beyond, a chef who knows what the kitchen looks like and models it, the talented Amelia who always greets us with a smile, receptionists with a smile, courtesy and 10/10 service. It is important for me to mention Haim, who is constantly at the hotels and makes sure that everything is always on time and as it should be. An amazing hotel, one of the best in Eilat. Of course, we will be back😄
A very disappointing experience, we arrived six months ago after 13 years of staying at the hotel no less than twice a year, we arrived and the disappointment was great, the food is low-quality, there is no variety in the meals, desserts are cake and fruit, you have to wait for bread in the morning like the poor, the manager of the dining room, the guy with the beard, raised his voice at my sister because she asked why there was no bread and gave shocking service!!!! There is no parking for the hotel and now they have taken down some of them.. The children's pool with the slide is frozen to a hysterical level. The hotel manager Lev promised compensation for the next stay - did not respond twice when we tried to arrive. Disappointing at all!!! We gave a second try and were also disappointed in the hotel club connected to it. We booked a room with a pool view, we got a view of the tarpaulin. The room is very low-quality, the shower faucet is broken, the paper holder falls off every moment, the food is minimal and not tasty, there was a whole day without hot water. The receptionist at the hotel promised that the manager would call and provide a response to the experience, but we received no response/reference. As far as I'm concerned, I'm done with Astral Hotels - service is more important than anything. After 2 expensive trips* and 13 years on the network, I expected to receive a proper response.
