Astral Nirvana Suites

We were at the hotel for 5 days, it was really nice, there are water slides for small children. Unlimited ice cream and popsicles, unlimited soft drinks, cute food, there is room for improvement but overall it was okay. There is an entertainment program that we didn't get to go to because we were walking in the evening.

The food in the evening was not wow, there is room for improvement.

Wow, a great hotel with great food. Its location is a bit inconvenient for walking in the heat, but overall it's a clean and tidy place. The pools are a bit small, but that's okay.

One elevator, very busy that employees also use, unclean rooms with a broken faucet, reception unavailable and employees not knowing basic information, very bad experience.

Right-wingers are not allowed to stay at this hotel. They blocked Channel 14 from viewing while the hate channels 11, 12, and 13 are open. I canceled my reservation. I also suggest that every right-wing person cancel their reservation or not book at this hotel.

After 3 nights staying at the Astral Nirvana Suite Hotel, I want to say a huge thank you to the one and only Alkordi who works at the bar. He is a person who gives service from the heart, is very patient and loves to serve customers from the heart.

Downstairs there was a strong smell of sewage. Only at the end of the second day did they move us to a different room. The rooms do not match the photos on the website. They are small and very cramped. Dinner was simply not tasty. The food was varied but not tasty. At breakfast, except for the omelets and salads, the food was bland and not tasty. Even the pancakes were burnt and the personal cakes were not up to par at all. The free drinks - the lemonade, oranges and Pepsi are too concentrated and not drinkable. It is a shame to put cheap and tasteless cookies during coffee and pastries. (Cookies from Rami Levy). A shabby game room. Machines swallow tokens. Outdated games. It is a pity that it was not possible to order lunch or a snack by the pool. It was disappointing. A vacation we had been waiting for all year. It would be advisable to put minimal lights in the parking lot opposite. And the carpets in the hallways need to be vacuumed. We need to distribute a program for evening activities so we know what's on at the hotel. The singer who was on the first night was tired and sleepy. On the day of the expected reception. Massive check-in, an additional position should be given. 2 positions are not enough.
