Horrible experience! At first the clerk was nice when we said there was no air conditioning, but then the owner of the house appeared out of nowhere, started shouting and threatening us. A simply bad and rude person. It would have been better to sleep in a car than in this stinking hotel. The whole night was spent in the heat because the air conditioners did not work. All we wanted was a normal place to sleep, and this was the only place available. Now I understand exactly why it was empty. Just a bad hotel and a waste of money

A bad experience to say the least! 🤯 There was terrible noise from young people staying on the same floor in several rooms, preventing us from sleeping for a large part of the night. I sent a message this morning on the hotel website, by message to the hotel's mobile phone, and by hotel email and received no response.☹️

Shocking place! We arrived at the hotel at 6:00 PM, which says check-in is at 3:00 PM. We received a key and the room was still messy from the previous guests and not ready for us. We were shocked and the receptionist took it as a small blunder and said that they would clean it soon. We waited outside for at least 20 minutes. When we asked to speak to the manager to receive any compensation, he spoke in an unpleasant and unhelpful manner and of course was not willing to compensate us. He said that check-in starts at three and not at three, which we all know is false and clear that when it says check-in at three, that's when you're supposed to check in. In addition, there was noise all night from the rooms next door and from the hallway. In short, don't go near there, terrible place, shocking service! And go find out when you'll get your room.

A truly shocking place We arrived at the room and it wasn't ready for us, with mess and dirt from the previous guests The whole process was unhelpful at all, they didn't compensate us and didn't consider the situation There was noise from the rooms all night, lots of screaming teenagers
