Not doing Shabbat Chatan is very bad, and if you do, you will be writing like I am writing now.
The hotel is bad and I agree and feel sorry for all those who fell for the promises of the manager Ilan and his sons We had a Shabbat wedding, the food was very bad It's a real shame not to have a Shabbat wedding there We fell for the trap!!! Dry cakes, there was no hot water in the rooms to shower, the rooms were not clean with dust I had to go from room to room and clean the dust We paid the best of our money for the parking lot, which definitely belongs to the hotel. Before we closed, they promised us a Shabbat of dreams We took 35 rooms 100 people and we fell for the trap To this day, I don't want to remember the Shabbat wedding that my son had at the Haifa Tower Hotel. See, you were warned.
As the groom's mother, I arrived with high expectations to celebrate my son's exciting event, but unfortunately we experienced a series of glitches and unprofessional service that overshadowed our joy and that of our guests. Here are the main points that ruined the experience for us: * **Attitude and service were lacking:** Before the event closed, the attitude was charming, but from the moment of payment, the service changed completely. The event/venue manager only answered some of the questions, ignored phone calls, and only after numerous pleas and messages did he feel good enough to get back to us. * **Careless room management and duplication:** A very embarrassing situation was created in which there was duplication in the rooms - our guests and other guests were assigned to the exact same room numbers. * **Insensitivity to the religious public:** We arrived with Haredi guests who do not use the Shabbat elevator. Although we asked to change them to rooms on lower floors so that they would not have to walk up many floors, we were met with a refusal and a terrible lack of flexibility. * **Food shortage:** During the meal, we asked for more fish for the tables, and were told that there was simply no more. At a paid event, the kitchen is expected to prepare accordingly. * **Inaccessibility to coffee stations:** The coffee and cake stations were located only on the lower floors. Guests staying on the higher floors had to come down especially, instead of having a logical and comfortable layout for all those staying at the hotel. This was a once-in-a-lifetime event. We paid our best and expected a minimum of service, attentiveness, and organization. Unfortunately, the place failed at the moment of truth and I would not recommend holding events here.
Peace and blessings I was at the hotel almost a year ago on Shabbat for my son's groom. It was excellent, I recommended it to friends, acquaintances and people I don't know who were interested in the hotel, the hotel referred them to me and I recommended it. Last Shabbat, Parashat Belak 26.7, we stayed at the hotel on Shabbat for my friend's groom, a big disappointment, I do not recommend you to book there at all. There is a hotel manager named Ilan. He plays both ways before closing and after closing. Before closing, he is a pleasant person. But after closing, he feels that we are in his hands. Then he does whatever he wants to do. For example, we paid 8,000 in advance to book 30 rooms. We arrived at the hotel and at the same time our guests also arrived at the place where we would receive the guests, happily and cheerfully. Ilan happened to tell us that until you pay everything, I will not give you rooms. And are we running away? You received 8,000 in advance and we also told him to take the credit with you and release the guests, it is not nice and disrespectful to stand in front of everyone like that. He is the one who decided for me where the guests will stay on which floor. He does not care about an elderly person. He is sick. He put most of the guests on floor 12.14.16 I explained to him that I have guests who do not want a Sabbath elevator and it is terrible and high without any response. Take into account the guests' floors. A place to pray. He threw us in some corridor in the hotel. The food on Sabbath evening was only grilled fish that was not tasty at all. In terms of fish. Everyone washes their hands, the paper ran out, we had to look for the employee to bring paper towels A dining room downstairs. In the middle of Shabbat, opposite the dining room is a bank with an ATM and people withdrawing money on Shabbat, and even opposite the dining room is a fitness center that works on Shabbat. A really unpleasant atmosphere. The drink was sweet but hot, not cold. And everyone knows that it's not tasty to drink hot soda and hot cola....even with ice it doesn't taste that good. Hamin on Shabbat you needed a magnifying glass to look for the meat...... Like in every hotel on Shabbat, they make guests a feast. There was nothing in the hotel. Salads were not tasty at all and I don't know how fresh they were. There were only two towels, we had to go down 16 floors to ask for another towel. In short, take all these things into account before you invite guests to a place like this......... The height of the rooms. The taste of the food. The service. A place to pray. Don't believe Ilan, everyone. Everything is in the contract, do it with him, it's written and signed, if at all you close there!!!!
Disappointing place, we had a Shabbat there and the promises of Ilan the manager were very far from what we received! Failed management! There were many problems, and we are very sorry that we chose this place!
Worst service!!! We had a wedding at the hotel and the hotel man (Ilan) will promise you a world of fun and entertainment and in the end you will eat the food of the Lakarda. The air conditioner does not work, there is a shortage of food, hot drinks, dirty rooms and the list goes on.. And his tongue is smooth. Don't fall into this trap You will try to save and in the end you will pay the price.
A very disappointing place, not clean. The food is disgusting, the manager's attitude is humiliating. We came home hungry. I will never forget a wedding weekend like this.
