I stayed for one day and found it very novel and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The location is also convenient for walking back to Shinjuku city center. However, I left a razor in the room. I didn't receive a reply to two emails, and the contact information on the official website was also unavailable. This was a very disappointing experience. Update: After some waiting and trying, I finally contacted the hotel. They confirmed they had found the razor, but it took them several days to reply. The process was very slow. They emphasized that they would hand it over to a lost and found company, but I don't know the details. It's been two weeks since I returned from my trip. I'll share more with everyone later.

Located in the quiet part of Shinjuku, close to the metro line, we chose this place because the rooms were large (18 m2). It was great that it had a washer-dryer, ironing board, and a clothes dryer.

Rooms were great! There is a washer dryer unit in the room which has come in CLUTCH ice machine in the lobby. Limited housekeeping only for trash and towel changes. Free coffee in the mornings and paid breakfast option. Lots of coffee and other food nearby. Honestly solid hotel!! Would stay here again for sure.

There's a washing machine set and a microwave oven in the room.

We booked room at this hotel, and for anyone coming to Japan for a vacation who expects even a basic level of comfort — I would strongly NOT recommend this room. It is not a proper hotel room, it feels more like a dog kennel. This room is suitable only for one person at most. Now, step by step: The rooms are not properly cleaned. Once a day, upon request, they can change towels and remove the trash — that’s it. There is not even enough space to fully open a suitcase comfortably. However, the room includes a washing machine, microwave, kettle, and stove — things that are completely unnecessary for most tourists staying only a few days. The bathroom also feels extremely cheap — the walls are not even tiled, they are made of some kind of plastic material. The room smelled terrible all the time. We constantly tried to ventilate it, but outside it was too noisy, so we could not keep the windows open for long. So, if you are traveling alone for a business trip, have very little luggage, like this area, and maybe plan to eat inside your room — then this hotel may actually work well for you. But we came to Japan for a vacation, and for us this place was terrible. We asked several times to move us into a normal-sized room, but the hotel was only willing to do that for an additional €1,200 for just 3 days. This was our mistake — we should have chosen a proper hotel like Hilton instead of this tiny box.

There was something the previous guest had left on the headboard. We were a group of two adults and one child, and they wouldn't give us extra pillows. The room cleaning only involved collecting trash and towels. Used cups weren't replaced, and there was no bottled water in the room; we had to fill it ourselves in the lobby. The comforters on the bed weren't folded properly, so the room looked like a mess when we came back after a long day. The only redeeming qualities were the coffee machine in the lobby and the washer-dryer in the room.

Súper nice hotel. The place in the Middle of shinjuku but in a quite zone of it. The staff is amazing. Clean and really good room space. Common áreas are really amazing. 10 out of the 10

The rooms and the equipment such as relatively large refrigerators, microwave, hot plates, dishes, etc. were very first class . Seniors should be aware that the bathtubs are very deep and maybe hard to get in and out of. Loved staying here and the good location.
