What reviewers say

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's excellent location, with easy access to public transport and Shinjuku's attractions, as well as the convenience of in-room amenities like washer-dryers and microwaves. However, some guests found the breakfast to be lacking in variety and the staff inattentive, while others experienced significant noise from the main street.

I had a great stay at the hotel, which is clean, efficient, and well-designed with smaller than usual rooms, as you might expect in Tokyo. The cleaning service is limited so in the end if feels like a high end hostel for adults rather than a traditional hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you could possibly need (except a coffee machine), but it did feel a little cramped. Unfortunately, on my return home I noticed that one of the expensive perfumes I had purchased was missing. I believe it was stolen from my room, even though I had the "Do not Disturb" sign up the whole time. When I called the hotel to discuss it, they told me to send them an email as they "don't speak English" even though they seemed to manage fine with English when I was at the hotel. Please be careful.

Some reviews said the environment was noisy so I requested a quiet room at the upper floors. To my surprise, the room was really quiet. Usually the floor would be noisy during check out hours and cleaning. But I didn't hear anything in my room. That's the best part of the stay. The not so good part was the cleaning. I put the change towels and bags sign out before 11am but my room wasn't done on one day. And the room was really dirty. I found a red pin on the carpet and a hair in the fridge. Luckily the bed was clean.

We felt like we had a prime location for staying close to the action in Shinjuku. A two minute walk to anything you wanted, yet just far enough away to be outof the chaos. Our rooms were clean and the hotel staff are extremely accompanying. We will definitely use this hotel for any future visits. Thnak you!
