My friends and I booked this hotel. At first, they didn't like it because they thought it looked old-fashioned, but once they stayed and saw the service and the tunnel that leads to the restaurant, cafe, and swimming pool, they loved it.

Lovely service, lovely people. Very clean, great view... after all these years it's still a great hotel and very well maintained.

I visited Riviera Hotel for Suhur, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The place felt overrated compared to what we actually experienced. The tent was not organized and didn’t feel well-prepared, which really affected the overall atmosphere. I was honestly expecting much better in terms of setup, service and quality. What was even more disappointing is that I left a comment on Instagram sharing my experience, and it was deleted. No one contacted me or tried to understand what happened. I believe feedback should be respected, not removed. I truly hope they take customer feedback seriously and work on improving both the organization and the way they handle concerns in the future
