The rooms need general cleaning, it’s full with ants and bugs. The breakfast was nice but needs more vegetarian options. Close to hospital and town. Taxi is called on request, which is very handy. This hotel was recommended by a friend.

I booked a private apartment at Island Accommodation Suva Premier Hospitality, only to be told upon arrival that it was unavailable. I was "upgraded" to a premier room — which turned out to be a windowless concrete box with two queen beds, shared kitchen, and zero privacy. I immediately expressed that this was unacceptable, but staff offered only vague promises with no real intention to resolve it. The experience continued to worsen: No one explained the layout or amenities. I had to call three times just to get the Wi-Fi code, which involved incorrect instructions about finding a nonexistent router. I requested ice multiple times — it took physical visits in the rain to reception before I was taken seriously. The common area was hot; my request for an aircon remote was ignored. Towels were stained, the floor trim was taped on, and the toilet was dangerously loose. Toiletries included a single bar of soap and one toilet roll — no shampoo or shower gel. The breakfast was inedible: bananas, a rice dish with flies, and loud music blasting bass through the tiny buffet area. Despite all this, no refund, discount, or compensation was offered. The listing falsely advertises an on-site restaurant, dining experience, and other amenities — in reality, the only food for sale was a bag of chips. The morning staff were slightly more courteous, but ultimately did nothing to improve our stay. Do yourself a favor: avoid this place entirely if you’re looking for anything close to comfort, privacy, or hospitality. The property is poorly managed and misrepresented online.

Best place to stay in Suva for over a week vacation or work related travels. Island Accommodation offers free breakfast and laundry service, the kind of service we should be expecting from 5 star hotels! Island Accommodation may not have any stars on the travel agent websites, but the service they provide is excellent and equivalent to 5 stars in action.

We were put in a flat at 56 Extension st, from the 1st for 4 nights, rather then the premium accommodation we booked. The people at this place are liars and cheats. When asked to moved us to what we had booked, we kept being told we would but never were. We moved out of this accomodation ourselves. - sofa ripped - shower dripping day and night - TV not working - bed sheets smelly - toilet seat broken - rug on floor was brown from dirt - no housekeeping - not refill of supplies Photos below tell the story. I would be happy to upload the video I made of this place.

Haven't seen the rooms yet as I went to meet a friend at the pool side, but I can tell that the facility is top notch.
