I booked a family room, but it looked nothing like the photos online. The bedsheets were stained, and the whole place felt unclean. The lady at reception was rude and dismissive. I booked for four nights but left after two because I couldn’t stay there any longer. When I asked for a refund for the unused nights, I was told I had to speak to the manager — but no one ever got back to me. To make it worse, they’ll still find sneaky ways to charge you more. Pathetic. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

They'll find all sorts of excuses to deduct from your deposit. A very unpleasant hotel experience; I don't recommend it.

Location is convenient.. friendly staff safe place as they have security and cameras ok for short stay.

If 0 was an option I would have rated it zero first of all the room in pictures and in real are deceiving When we arrived we were told to pay bond which we did not know about The Fijian guy at the counter was so rude did not even bother to help us with our luggage plus it was rainy not raining friendly u will get wet while parking your park In general poor service

Very friendly service, quiet rooms, clean rooms, and a safe location. Internet access was extra. The restaurant was advertised but I never saw it open. This is not a bad place to stay in Suva.

Pathetic service.. no water supply n no bck up water as well..has a balvony but cnt use it. Zero privacy

The location was suitable, we booked a deluxe room, and they gave us the bottom one right next to the office. The room condition was not what was on photo. The smell from the room was mixed with musk and wetness, the bathroom was dirty and toilet had urine smell, the carpets in the room looked dirty and it was just a sad state. Will never ever recommend the bottom deluxe rooms to anyone that is coming from overseas. Pathetic!

I have went to so many hotels , I have never been to this worst place ever , very poor service. The staff is so bad and doesn't have any manners , idk how they treat the tourists, I don't recommend anyone to go there , I don't know wat the owner think of there self tht they don't train there staff , worst hotel of the fiji , I think this hotel is not for customers it's for the staff to enjoy there self. Very bad service , this made me really mad , n the timing of there pool time is 7 am to 7 pm but they saying it's closed at 6. Like how is it possible???? R they making there own rules ??? ONCE AGAIN I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE
