Overall, this restaurant was a very good experience. The dishes were authentic, with the signature braised pork belly being a perfect balance of lean and fatty meat that melted in your mouth. The side dishes were also fresh and crisp, and the portions were just right. The service staff were friendly and enthusiastic, serving food quickly, promptly refilling water and changing plates, and offering helpful recommendations based on our preferences. The restaurant's decor was simple and elegant, with soft lighting and moderate background music, creating a comfortable dining atmosphere, perfect for business dinners or family gatherings. While the prices weren't cheap, considering the quality of the food and the ambiance, the value for money was reasonable. The only minor drawback was that it got quite crowded during weekend peak hours, so reservations in advance are highly recommended. Overall, it's a restaurant worth visiting again, and I've already recommended it to friends.
