I spent three days here in April for my birthday. Beyond the beautiful location, I applaud the courtesy of the staff, always helpful and kind. The pool is very clean, the rooms are huge, and the restaurant is well-stocked. We truly enjoyed everything about our stay at PP. 🩷

It's no wonder this is such a highly-rated hotel. Not only is the space clean, modern with lots of greenery, luxurious, and peaceful, but the hotel staff has made our experience here truly one to remember. The hospitality here is really unmatched. It doesn't stop when you check in and get your welcome drink, but it continues on throughout your whole stay. Everyone has been so welcoming and accommodating with our needs. I won't go into details, but for me, it's the little things that count. I'm also very glad to find out theres a gym!

Every single team member we encountered was remarkably warm, helpful, and polite. They constantly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, always greeting us with genuine smiles. We want to give a special mention to RJ, whose exceptional attentiveness and care truly stood out and made our time here even more memorable!Aside from the outside tours we purchased, we were blown away by the hotel's on-site recreation options. We loved taking advantage of their available activities, especially kayaking out to the pristine sandbar—it was an absolute paradise. We also really enjoyed using the hotel's free bikes to ride into the city, which was a fantastic way to explore the local area.The services and facilities provided were completely top-notch. We loved the beautifully maintained property, the delicious dining options at Hunt Restaurant, and spending relaxing afternoons by the stunning swimming pool. The entire team works incredibly hard to create a relaxing, five-star sanctuary, and their attention to detail shines through in everything they do.If you are planning a trip to Puerto Princesa, do not hesitate to book here—we highly, highly recommend it! My best friend originally booked this hotel for just two nights, but during breakfast on the day we were supposed to check out, she decided to extend our stay for another six nights and that alone says a lot about how much we enjoyed our experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The welcome drink was so refreshing we even ordered it at the resto. The Front Office Manager, Nath, was incredibly accommodating, and every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful. We were also pleasantly surprised when the General Manager thoughtfully sent us a complimentary bottle of wine, which made our stay feel even more special. One of the things I loved most about this property was how peaceful and quiet it was. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable as well, allowing me to work on my laptop with ease whenever needed. The hotel was very generous with its daily complimentary in-room refreshments, and I always looked forward to the nightly turndown treats. My personal favorites were the oatmeal cookies and brownies! We also made full use of the complimentary afternoon merienda, served between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, featuring delicious Filipino snacks that added a nice local touch to our stay. The food overall was very good, especially the breakfast. The danggit was a standout for me. If I had one suggestion, it would be to expand the menu options a bit more for long-staying guests, but this certainly didn't take away from the quality of the dining experience. Our favorite was their lasagna. We also enjoyed some of the complimentary activities offered by the hotel. One of the highlights was visiting the sandbar by kayak. A special thank you to Kuya Ever, who kindly paddled us all the way there since I wasn't able to do it myself and my best friend wasn't allowed to exert too much effort. His kindness and assistance made the experience even more memorable. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I've had. From the beautiful room and excellent food to the outstanding staff and thoughtful amenities, everything exceeded expectations. I honestly can't think of a single negative thing to say. The sunrise views were amazing and well worth waking up early for. Check out some photos. 11/10. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends and family.

What a lovely hotel / resort. The staff were all so genuine, friendly and attentive. Thank you so much to them. The food is great, and reasonably priced especially for the venue. The pool area is very relaxing and spacious. Also there js a great gym which I really enjoyed using - it has full free weight, sled push area, bars for pull ups / dips, good range of dumbbells and kettlebells, plus a full range of cardio machines. All in all I would return here in a heartbeat, and will be recommending this place for trips to Palawan. Oh also - the wood fired pizza is a must try also!

I stayed here for 4 nights on a recent trip to Palawan. Large rooms and great facilities. They have 2 restaurants and I ate at both of them. Great meals. I would recommend. The service is what sets this place apart as I felt very welcomed. It’s about 10 mins or so to get to town but most tours will pickup from the hotel. Otherwise, the hotel can arrange for taxis or Tuk Tuks to meeting points.

Highly rate this hotel. The service and genuine kindness we received here was next level. Everyone was so nice and friendly and made sure we were comfortable at all times. Livia and Ruby were fantastic in getting us sorted. Thank you everyone for your incredible work 🙏🫶 This was truly an unforgettable stay.

Service and room are 5/5 Free snacks in the afternoon and free sweets in the evening. They provide fresh juice in your minibar for free. The breakfast is what makes it great. Their bacon is delicious. Overall, worth the price.

Gorgeous hotel in PPS! Lovely staff, so many thoughtful touches, perfect comfortable beds, delicious buffet breakfast, gorgeous architecture and lighting fixtures, gym onsite with a range of equipment, bikes to get to the nearby town if you wanted. Would absolutely stay again!
