Dirty Heaven

Dirty Heaven is a gay bar at the top of the Homo Hill area in Itaewon, on the second floor of 13 Bogwang-ro 60-gil with a rooftop above it. VAYL and Travel Gay both describe the crowd as bears, muscle guys and their fans, mostly Korean with foreigners mixed in. It opens Friday to Sunday from about 22:00. Google reviewers give it 5.0 from 17 reviews, a small sample. The rooftop is the reason to go on a warm night; in winter it is a regular bar stop between Eagle and the clubs on Usadan-ro.
