Receptionist was very helpful and kind, she explained everything for us and showed us the rooms and answered our questions. If we had any problems we could message and ask. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay with also good service I will definitely be coming back

This is the worst hotel. Don't stay here! There's no pool or balcony. (There's a photo of the pool, but I think it's from a different hotel. The booking site says there's a balcony, but the cottages don't have one.) There's no decent cleaning service either. As others have said, the room is up a steep staircase of about 70 steps, so if you're not confident you can run up it with your luggage, I definitely recommend avoiding this hotel. More than that, I think this hotel has serious service issues. Below are some of the terrible experiences we encountered, so please take a look. - The ratio of coffee to milk is weird lol (I was surprised that there was only one instant coffee available upon arrival.) - It's really cold when the air conditioning is on, and hot when it's off. (The temperature and fan speed couldn't be adjusted, and I felt sick.) - The mattress and comforter smelled moldy. (It was so painful I couldn't sleep.) - There's no cleaning service. (There was no cleaning service for two days, only water was left outside, and they wouldn't even replace our towels unless we asked. The replaced towels were also dirty, which was terrible. Of course, they didn't throw out the trash either.) - Bugs everywhere. (It's in the forest, so if you're sensitive to bugs, it's best not to stay. You can see a variety of insects, from centipedes to firefly larvae to ants, inside the cottage.) - No place to relax outside. (The cottage is built on a cliff, so there's no place to sit outside or hang out laundry.) - The staff were terrible. (No explanation was given at check-in.) - The shower never worked. (The water pressure was the weakest I've ever experienced, making it impossible to wash.) - The wooden sofas were hard and uncomfortable. - The glasses were dirty and unusable. As mentioned above, It's probably a small, family-run hotel. It's more like a villa than a hotel. It might be okay if you think of it as camping. I asked the man there to call a taxi to the port on my way back, and he said he would take us there for 500 baht per person. I thought that was a ridiculous price, and repeatedly asked him to call a taxi, but he pretended not to understand. So I told him that a taxi from here to the Full Moon Party would cost 200 baht, and that 500 baht was just too much, and he finally lowered it to 150 baht per person lol. I'm not sure why hotel staff would rip me off even though I was staying at a hotel. I would recommend not staying at this hotel, which lacks any sense of hospitality. The only good things about it are that it's cheap and has a good TV. Also, there's nothing around the hotel, so you'll need to rent a motorbike.

Just a disgusting place, next to a construction site. We checked in and the room was filthy, the sheets weren't changed and the room that was supposed to have a sea view didn't. We wanted to cancel the reservation when we arrived, we didn't sleep there one night and they charged us for all the nights, they wouldn't refund anything

Pleasant stay, deep (and high) in the jungle 💚 If you love green and natures you'll love this place so much The place looks great, but those stairs are very steep. So you need to be quite fit In the room, you have king size bed with 4 pillows. Good air-conditioner to cool the place down during the day. Free bottle of water and Coca cola. Kettle pot to make hot coffee & tea. Also 55 inches TV with free movies, music, YouTube & Netflix! A good big bench to sit next to the big window also. Toilet is good condition just the pressure of water not strong enough for me. A few things that I didn't like. 1. You bought a ocean view room but I don't have the view because the staff put me in the first room hidden by the forest 😆 So the tall trees just cut my view. And she said, this room has no view but air conditioner works very well and you will have no problem with the sun shine in the morning (probably because of the trees) but I still wanted my ocean view. So if the hotel owner doesn't plan to cut the tree to have an ocean view, then...please consider change the room name. 2. Cleanliness of pillow case. It smells pretty bad like กลิ่นอับชื้น first I thought it's from my dirty clothes but apparently it was not. It was the smell of the pillow. It smelled like a clothes that you dry it without sun...so after I found out about the smell from the pillow. I wasn't sure if it was cleaned or not after that last checked out. 3. Used soap is at the sink after I checked in. You should clean up everything new before giving the room to new customer. 4. The lady came inside the room to change garbage bags and make bedsheet but without my permission to come inside the room. Well I was just surprised didn't expect the room to be cleaned 😆 But there is only 1 lady staff who take care of these 8 rooms so I guess if it full every day. It's hard to go up and down those stairs to do everything by herself. The rest is good, just make sure you improve about the cleanliness. Thank you !!

Disgusting rooms- super gross and dirty Staff is rude and are stealing money from whoever believes their false advertising about clean rooms and good service We got to a filthy room, showed the staff and asked to change a room They declined and then when we told them we would like to cancel our stay they declined and still charged us for the stay in their disgusting place DONT GO NEAR THERE!!!

Perfect for nature lovers! Not suitable for the elderly as the accommodation is on a mountain and requires climbing very high. At night, there will be sounds of frogs and insects. The mattress is comfortable, but the rooms are not very soundproof. The TV is very good and the wifi is strong, but in my room 303, the power plug behind the TV was broken. Overall, I give it 3 stars 🌟 The accommodation needs improvement in terms of cleanliness. The mattresses, pillows, and blankets didn't look very clean. The water pressure needs to be stronger. A luggage lift would be great. The rental car at the hotel needs improvement; it's difficult to start and lacks power.

Luxurious bungalows in the jungle, everything is very convenient and comfortable, just don't take a lot of things with you, you'll have to carry them up the stairs)

Amazing place, quiet, gorgeous views, and perfect location. You have to climb some stairs, but it's pretty okay unless you are a completely unfit person. Despite the owners not having perfect English, they were incredibly helpful and kind, offering us a place to leave our backpacks and have a shower even though we were checking in the next day. Thanks!

Nicest place I’ve been able to stay in my 2.5 month trip in Asia. Beds amazing, rooms clean and peaceful, with amazing views from the bed. The staff were so helpful and let us check in early for free, and shower there and leave our bags there the day before we were staying. I wish I could’ve stayed longer , thank you so much Karawin!! ❤️

The hotel has incredible views of the sea and neighboring Koh Samui ❤️ We really enjoyed it. The room was clean and cozy, and there was a good hairdryer (which can be very important for some). We'll be back again, thank you 🌸🥰

Excellent! The staff were very polite and provided great service. They fixed the air conditioning immediately when it wasn't working and brought me my room key very quickly. I highly recommend this place and will definitely use their services again.
