Most excellent experience staying here for a week. Clean and orderly facilities. Sharp staff who were always on top of things. They arranged a pub crawl and show for guests. The friendly and polite and very well organise manager Jun was super flexible with checkout time, allowing me to finish some remote work before I departed. The food from the in house menu is delicious and from the new restaurant (Whisper Lounge) was top notch. Strongly recommend staying 👌 👌

The place could be magnificent with attentive staff, but the owner is unpleasant! The rooms are poorly maintained; it's clear the establishment is aging very badly. We also learned that he's mainly selling things to avoid. It's very expensive. He told us we were paying for being an all-boys hotel; I think he's completely confused.

One of my worst experiences in a gay establishment, a scandal, the owner's welcome was absolutely deplorable, definitely avoid this place, very expensive, and he only smiled when bringing the bill.

Great place, pleasant and nice service, comfortable rooms, very comfortable bed. Recommended for community members of course ;*)

Overall, we had a good stay. The pool and spa area are very nice and relaxing. The rooms, and especially the bathroom, could use a thorough renovation. The service from the staff and manager Jun is excellent. Jun is always available.

I do not recommend this gay accommodation, "ALPHA," in Ko Samui. The owner, "JUN," is incredibly unpleasant and unwelcoming. Breakfast takes forever. DON'T COME HUNGER! As for our room: a very old-fashioned room and a bathroom/toilet where the hot water was constantly unavailable, even after a technician (who was very friendly, by the way) came to fix it. But after he left, the hot water barely lasted for one shower, meaning we had to call him almost daily during our stay. The bathroom is also very small and dilapidated, making it a rather shabby place. THE OWNER: Don't even think about asking him for anything, or you risk being rudely dismissed. He prefers to be spoon-fed by his young boyfriend. An experience to avoid! Run from this place.

A place that could be really lovely, but a terrible experience with a disastrous welcome. The owner has this face; he doesn't understand half of what you say to him in English. He spends all his time on the computer preparing invoices. The price is very high for what it is; the jacuzzi isn't even heated. I found myself on a nudist beach. Which establishment was for sale? I think this is the best solution. I don't recommend it at €200 a night; there are much nicer places.

We had a great stay, absolutely had a great time. The staff, Jun, Big, Soe, Tom and all the staff were amazing. So friendly and accommodating. They made us feel like friends. The resort is amazing, it has everything you need. The location is great, easy to get around, walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment. We loved it. Thanks again to Jun and all the staff, hopefully we will see you again very soon habebi 's

The fridge doesn't keep things cold. The bathroom is extremely small. Not enough hangers for clothes. The small bedside lamps don't provide enough light. So it's impossible to read in the evening. It's a shame there's no entertainment or atmosphere for guests; there's a lack of life and enthusiasm in this establishment. (No brochures, excursions, places to visit, or tours to offer guests.) The owners are unpleasant and show no consideration for guests. Fortunately, the cleaning staff redeems the establishment's friendliness. Thank you to them. The room is superb and clean. The large bed is very comfortable; you sleep extremely well. The air conditioning works pleasantly. The swimming pool is magnificent with toys and balls; you can play in it. The setting is magnificent: nature, birdsong in the morning.

The establishment undeniably has great potential. The setting could be very pleasant, and the overall impression hints at what it once was. Unfortunately, the lack of maintenance of the facilities is now hard to ignore and significantly detracts from the experience. I had booked a "superior" room with a lake view, mountain view, and garden view. In reality, one window overlooked the villa opposite and the other a wall. When I pointed out this discrepancy with the description, I was told that the view was only visible if you went out onto the terrace and leaned out. A rather peculiar definition of "view," which doesn't really correspond to the expectations raised by the reservation. I was offered a room change, but without any compensation despite the situation. The bills, however, were meticulously calculated and relatively high. The advertised gym was unfortunately unusable due to its condition, to the point that I had to sign up elsewhere to work out during my stay. This is all the more regrettable because the establishment could truly offer a great experience with better maintenance, more consistency between its marketing and the reality, and more attentive service. With a few improvements, the place could live up to its promises.
