A clean hotel

This is a mid-range, budget hotel located in the center of Phuket. Only rent it if you have a motorbike or car. Its advantages include underground parking, convenient location, and easy access to all beaches and attractions, the airport, the old town, and the NK Market.

Nice choice if u wanna live in katu, It's not far to beach, and there are laundries and 711 nearby.

The website still lists breakfast as an option, but this is no longer the case. The description should be updated. The photos of the facade also no longer reflect the current state – the exterior of the building is showing its age. However, the interior appears much better maintained and in better condition than the exterior suggests. The pool photos are also outdated. The attractive pool furniture that was previously there is gone, replaced by functional concrete benches that aren't very inviting. However, the availability of the pool itself is a plus and enhances the hotel's appeal. The location is a major advantage: numerous street food stalls are right nearby, along with a shopping center and a hospital – all easily accessible. This makes the location truly attractive.

Air conditioner stinks extreme. Slept some hours and checked out next day and did not got money back or something else just an sorry. Yeah thanks for that ...

There seems to be a soot problem with the AC.. Other than that, there's nothing to mention..it's up to the quality.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were satisfied with the service. The rooms are large and relatively new. But beware, there's mold! ⚠️ We were allowed to look at several rooms. Every single one we saw had severe mold in the bathroom. The bathroom has no ventilation! It smelled strongly. Used towels absorbed the odor. The air conditioning produced a terrible stench. We couldn't use it. Therefore, we had to open the windows and put up with the mosquitoes. There are no mosquito nets on the windows.
