I checked in at 2 PM and they want me to wait even longer. I can't believe they're saying the room isn't ready. I'm so confused.

The room was spacious, clean, and free of musty odors. The bathroom was good and the staff were polite.

I had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and the room itself was comfortable and convenient. However, I experienced an issue that was quite disappointing. I left my room for a trip to Phi Phi Island from the 31st until the afternoon of the 1st, and I requested housekeeping during that time. When I returned, I found that my large luggage lock code had been changed. My original code was 271, but it had been altered to 772, and I was unable to open it. Additionally, ¥2000 that I had kept inside my wallet in the luggage was missing. While ¥2000 is not a large amount, I believe it is unacceptable to tamper with a guest’s personal belongings. Aside from this issue, the overall service was good, but this experience made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about security.

The room was nice and clean, with hot water, a refrigerator, a kettle, coffee, and toiletries. The price was cheap.
