Amazing place to stay in Liberec, hotel is on great location, service is impecable. Clean rooms, well equiped. Breakfast is always on point. Thanks to reception staff,Tanita and Anna, for accomodating us on short term and handling everything very profesionaly

I recommend this hotel, it's really beautiful there, more or less in the city center, so you can walk anywhere within a short distance. I also have to mention the service and how friendly everyone is, especially I want to praise Tatiana and Anna, who even gave us a free room upgrade with a beautiful view and were very pleasant 🫶🏻 Definitely TOP!
The hotel was great, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were friendly. We will return this winter to take the kids skiing in the mountains.
I was very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The accommodation met all expectations and the restaurant offered a great gastronomic experience. I was also very pleasantly surprised by the staff at the reception, who welcomed me with professionalism and genuine friendliness upon arrival. The departure was equally pleasant - the receptionist Eliška was very helpful, smiling and the whole farewell was made more pleasant by a small gift for the trip. It is precisely such details and personal approach that create an exceptional experience of the stay. I would like to thank the entire team for the excellent care and I will be happy to return here in the future.
