Letna Park

Letna Park (Letenske sady) is Prague's long-standing outdoor gay cruising area, spread across the wooded hill above the river in Holesovice, with the slopes around the Hanavsky Pavilion the traditional focus. It is busiest in the warmer months and on summer evenings and weekends, and quieter or hit-and-miss midweek. The Czech Republic is one of the more relaxed countries in the region and consensual same-sex activity is legal, but this is a public park: keep to areas away from families and playgrounds, be discreet, watch your belongings after dark, and respect anyone who is not interested. It is an easy walk or tram ride from the centre.
