I booked a single room at the Hotel Fischertor in Augsburg for the weekend and I'm absolutely thrilled! After a long journey, I received a very warm welcome from the hotel manager, and all the staff were friendly and accommodating! The hotel is centrally located near the cathedral, and the S-Bahn (tram line 2) also provides easy access to other destinations. The room is small but perfectly formed, and it was cleaned even though I was only staying two nights, which is standard practice at the Hotel Fischertor. The generous and delicious breakfast provides a great foundation for exploring the city, and I learned today that they plan to expand the breakfast offerings. A fantastic hotel; I would definitely book here again. Cheers, Thomas Karstens
Thank you for the lovely time we spent at your hotel. The only minor drawback was the limescale buildup on the shower heads. They could use some cleaning so the water flows properly again.
We had a great time and Gino at the reception was always very kind, we recommend this hotel for its friendliness
A lovely little hotel: the rooms are small but perfectly adequate, the bathroom is newly renovated, and everything is very clean. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The staff is always very friendly... I'd gladly come back!
