Avoid, especially due to the owner's arrogance. I requested an early checkout (2 nights instead of 3) because there was a lot of noise and people coming and going, talking loudly until late at night and very early in the morning, as the room was close to the reception. I first tried to request a room change, but there was no availability other than a triple. So I contacted Booking.com to arrange an early checkout. Let me be clear: I didn't expect a refund; I assumed I wouldn't get one. However, I also didn't expect to be treated with such arrogance, and especially to be labeled a liar, claiming that the confusion was my own invention and that in any case, "it was my problem." Even just "feigning" a little understanding and an apology would have been enough. I should point out that the evening shift employee was extremely kind and cordial.
Terrible place. I booked a room with breakfast, but there was no breakfast at 7:00 AM. I should add that it was supposed to be available from 6:30 AM. There was only one plain yogurt and stale croutons in the fridge. The staff was rude and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I've never experienced such rudeness. I forgot my ID at home, and even though I had the IO app and a copy of it, they wouldn't let me stay. Furthermore, they wouldn't even refund me a single euro, and I ended up paying for another hotel on top of this one. These are the places to avoid.
