Visited for a book presentation and a meeting with the author; a superb selection of titles in a truly inclusive space in the heart of Milan.

I have no idea what it's like as a bookstore, but it's a BRT point that can't print return labels in "return without label" mode. Because: "I can't print the label for you, I don't have a printer." Literally, the printer is right next to the checkout... Rather than you not providing the service because you don't want to, you don't know how to do it, it's not economically viable for you to print, whatever the real reason, without fooling people.

We visited the bookstore for an organized event. The place was very welcoming, and the manager was friendly and attentive in participating with us. It was a great experience.

Are newsstands becoming Fermo Points just to make money? I arrived at 6:00 PM to pick up a package that had been delivered to this newsstand. They told me they didn't have time because they were setting up the space for a book presentation that was starting soon. I calmly explained that picking up the package was really urgent, as I wouldn't be back in Milan for several days, and politely asked if they could deliver it to me. The newsstand employee, without even looking at me, replied that he didn't have time to look for the package. Some people present confirmed that the presentation would start later, so there was plenty of time to look for and deliver the package. I tried to insist, reiterating the urgency of the situation, but the employee didn't even respond and walked away, completely ignoring me. I wonder: are you interested in becoming a Fermo Point just for the money? Because if you're not capable of managing multiple businesses at once, maybe it's better not to offer this service.
