We just returned from our stay in Naples. I want to give a very positive review for this property and Armando. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything you could need for a stay in Naples. Armando was extremely helpful with our every need. Kudos to the housekeeper. The location is strategic, allowing you to reach all the sights of Naples and beyond, both on foot and by metro. There's a large paid parking lot in front of the B&B. I highly recommend this B&B; we'll definitely stay there next time we return to Naples.

I had an amazing 7-day stay at this hotel! The room and all areas were very clean, cozy, and well taken care of. The hotel also felt very safe, which gave me a lot of peace of mind during my trip. I could relax completely. The location is super convenient — easy to get around, close to everything I needed. The staff were also really kind and helpful, thank you so much for making my stay so pleasant! I genuinely enjoyed my time here and will definitely choose this hotel again next time. The hotel is on the second floor! ️ We couldn't find the hotel and wandered around looking for it, but we found it on the second floor. The hotel is close to the central station, just behind the Alibus stop. There are police and military waiting rooms in the square in front of the hotel, so you can walk around safely even at night. The room was very clean, the interior was new, and it's a fantastic hotel that I highly recommend. The cleaning staff were also very kind and helpful. If you're staying at the hotel, I think it's a good idea to be able to contact the staff via WhatsApp so you can ask any questions. It's an inexpensive, convenient, and clean hotel, so I highly recommend it.

I'm Japanese. I booked through Trip.com. In conclusion, it was absolutely fantastic! The moment I arrived in front of the building, I was a little worried about its old-fashioned appearance, wondering if I was in the right place. However, the interior had been completely renovated and was incredibly clean. I often stay at Hilton and Marriott business hotels in the US, but honestly, this was even cleaner. Also, I was surprised by the new style of check-in, where the owner came to meet me in front of the building. Their hospitality was amazing; even if you arrive in Naples without knowing anything, they'll show you around and help you enjoy yourself without getting lost. They also responded quickly and courteously to any problems I encountered, which was very helpful. You might be a little surprised and uneasy at first, but it's a hotel where you can stay with peace of mind. The only thing to be aware of is that the area itself isn't particularly safe, but the convenience of being only about a minute's walk from the central station is unbeatable.

Being from Bolzano, I'm very concerned about clean, comfortable, and classy things. Only the Urban Suite gives me the feeling of being in a 5-star suite. An unexpected experience in Naples. Thank you.

This isn't a conventional hotel; it's two rooms with private bathrooms that share a common entrance. The building itself is quite old, but the room is beautifully renovated, stylish, well-equipped, comfortable, and has a modern bathroom. It's located very close to the train station. Armando's service was very pleasant and friendly. The only downside, or rather the downside, is that unlike other European cities, in Naples the train station isn't in the city center or near the main landmarks (which is what I always look for). The problem, then, is that the surrounding area is far from what I expected: lots of informal street vendors, mainly African immigrants, noise, and dirt. The fact that the very old elevator requires payment every time you use it becomes a minor detail, but if you don't have the £0.20 coin, it becomes inconvenient.

Spectacular service and good location (luggage lockers by nannybag held by a separate business next door, the hotel is right in front of the train station, and several affordable food options are nearby). The breakfast which may need to be added was at a separate cafe, which was great. My room was clean and the air conditioning works. We checked in so late that nobody was at the front desk. Although it was a bit tricky getting the inside door to open, we were given clear instructions and were able to figure it out.
