Friendly and professional reception, but with timetables (please pay attention). The property is quaint, dedicated to the elves present everywhere, with fairy-tale decor. Extremely clean rooms and the entire property, comfortable and welcoming. Problems with the air conditioning not working and missing parts (especially problematic in the summer if they don't fix it). Please note: the property is on three floors and has no elevator, which should be noted for those with mobility issues or the elderly.

I stayed at this property for five nights with my family. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Umbria. The location, rooms, and services are excellent.

I've stayed at quite a few hotels as I travel frequently for work, and I can honestly say that Relais dell'Olmo is among the best I've ever stayed at. The hotel is elegant, welcoming, and very clean, with a varied breakfast, and above all, the receptionist was helpful and super friendly. I stand by my previous review.

Nice and clean rooms, a generous breakfast, and friendly service. I had a lovely New Year's Eve stay, and the prices were a bit high. A small welcome with a couple of bottles of water or something similar would have been appreciated. Otherwise, I found the service good and the staff very friendly.

Exceptional relais. Perfect room temperatures (below zero outside). Spacious and spotlessly clean rooms. Complimentary toiletries (slippers, etc.) available. Friendly and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast, both savory and sweet. Covered paid parking available. Definitely worth returning.
