HF Fenix Garden

I didn't like the room. It was incredibly small. Two people couldn't stand at the same time. I paid a good price for it. The best thing about the hotel was the cleanliness. The refrigerator was empty. There were only two bottles of water. I don't know why we couldn't get a room with a balcony. It's a 25-minute walk to the center. Metro and bus stops are nearby. There's no TV or YouTube. There's a refrigerator... I only saw a Spar supermarket nearby. There's a McDonald's and Burger King. I also saw one patisserie. I don't think I'll come back to Lisbon. But if I do, I won't stay in the same hotel. Thank you to the cleaning staff.

Excellent team at Hotel and located next to Metro making it easy to travel around Lisbon,and within easy access to airport.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The welcome was very pleasant, but the welcome at breakfast was exceptionally warm. It really energized us for the day. Breakfast itself was excellent, a varied buffet with high-quality products. The laundry service was excellent, perhaps a little pricey, but impeccable. We were a 20-minute walk from the city center, and all public transport was nearby. 👍

Excellent location. Renovated room, new bathroom, automated curtains, view and balcony overlooking Eduardo VII Park. Varied breakfast. Paid on-site parking.

The hotel is ideally located for sightseeing in the city. The staff are friendly and speak perfect Spanish. Be careful entering the parking garage if your vehicle is very large. Everything else was perfect, although the rooms are quite small.

Loved this hotel, great location, easy to get around. Lots of transport options. We got upgraded to the top floor, which had a massive balcony. The views were amazing. The bathroom was small and a bit dark but the lighting in the bedroom was fantastic. The had electric roller black out blinds. Double glazed doors so you never heard the traffic. The staff was friendly and attentive. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom had a slight smell but we just left the door open the whole time so it wasn't to bad. We felt safe staying here.

It's a good hotel, the staff is very friendly, the cleanliness is good, the bed and pillows are quite good, and the breakfast is good. Compared to their other four-star hotel, it has nothing to envy, and its location is very good.
