Professional and helpful stuff, excellent customer service , the room was stacious , good ocations surrounded with all services

The hotel was located in the city center and within walking distance of everywhere. They accept luggage at check-in. The staff were very attentive, polite, and friendly. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. Despite being in the city center, it was very quiet at night,I didn’t hear any noise in the room. It was very clean, and the staff met all of our additional requests. The breakfast was so delicious. If I go to Lisbon again, I would definitely choose this hotel.

Wonderful hotel. Carmo Hotel is one of those places you come back to, and we did. Perfect location right in Chiado, which makes everything in Lisbon feel easy and walkable. The building itself is beautiful, and the whole place has that boutique feel done right. Rooms are very well maintained, stylish, and comfortable. The decor and furniture are elegant and thoughtful, beds are great, and the shower is excellent (always a big one). Lots of natural light too, which makes a difference. The staff is kind and welcoming, and overall it just feels like a place that’s cared for properly. We stayed here before and will absolutely stay again.

What an incredible location this hotel has! With the recent renovation, it's become even more appealing to stay here.

The perfect stay! The rooms are modern and well appointed with amenities. As a family with young kids, the little touches the hotel added like a "kid's kit" (coloring, soap) and a welcoming housekeeping staff were wonderful. Free bottled water every day was a small but very thoughtful gesture. The location right near the heart of the city is unbeatable - many spots are accessible by walking, but the hotel itself wasn't noisy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The hotel boasts an excellent location. A major train station is about a 5-7 minute walk away, and the city center is also easily accessible on foot. Special praise is due to the staff, who were consistently very friendly and accommodating. However, the room amenities leave something to be desired, as they don't quite seem appropriate for a 4-star hotel. The bathroom lacked some standard items and sufficient storage space. Furthermore, the shower temperature control was problematic: it took a very long time for lukewarm water to become available – most of the time, the only options were very hot or cold. The floor wasn't cleaned regularly, so I had to explicitly point this out at reception. While the bed was made daily, the pillowcases weren't changed at all during my 7-day stay. Despite thoroughly removing my makeup, small residues remained on the pillowcases throughout the week, making a change absolutely necessary. I also would have liked more variety at the breakfast buffet. While the selection itself was decent, it lacked variety after a few days. Especially in the selection of fruits and vegetables (e.g. peppers, apples or kiwi), more variety would be desirable, instead of only offering melon and pineapple every day.

My wife and I spent a week at this hotel and we felt right at home. The location was excellent, the room was excellent, and the breakfast was excellent. The restaurant has excellent cuisine in the evenings. And of course, the hotel staff were incredibly kind! Thank you so much to everyone for making our week in Lisbon so enjoyable. Second time here, fantastic!!!! Great service, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, very clean and well-maintained. Excellent location. Highly recommended!!!
