"Fera"

We stayed here for 3 nights and were very satisfied with all the services. We stayed in a quadruple room and everything in the room was very nice for us. The beds were comfortable, the room was very clean, and the staff were very polite. You pay a separate tax of 300 dinars per person for the accommodation. The location was very close to everything. We were very pleased with everything.

The hotel is newly built, clean, and well-organized. The location is good, and the person who welcomed us at the reception was very pleasant-looking and helpful.

we stayed for 4 nights as 3 people during december. in our first night the room was smelling like smoke, and there was a cigarette bud in the table which was definitely not ours. during rest of our stay, the entrance always smelled like smoke, and unfortunately it effected our room’s smell as well. even when we turned the heat and the ac to 28 degrees, the room was not warm enough. we lost our hot water in the middle of a shower in the morning. receptionist just told us to wait, and it should come back. it did came back after s couple of hours eventually, but it was a very unpleasant experience when its 0 degrees outside and you have plans and reservations when travelling. location was very good though.

its very good all about. Location is excellent, room is clear and enough. Every needs are thinked. Receptioners are polite. I strongly recommend.

The location is very central, and the staff is very attentive. You'll feel right at home. We'll stay here again when we return to Belgrade.

Don't come here. They left us out of they hotel at 2am. We inform Fera Hotel about our late check out and they sent us the procedure for self-checkin. When we arrived, the keys of our room where not there. After 30min of calls in which they did not answer they start chatting with us through whatsapp. They only told us that if the key wasn't there means they gave our room to another guest. Didn't call us back. Didn't call any other hotel to help us find a room. Didn't appear in the reception. We end up walking until 3am another two different hotels trying to find a place to sleep.

Clean rooms, smiley face at staff best location of Belgrade

Very nice, clean, conveniently located and calm place. Simply excellent, nothing much else to say, other than you can have a fabulous breakfast at the restaurant just across the street.

The hotel's location is incredibly good. The trees surrounding the exterior create a beautiful view. Our room lacked a refrigerator and water, etc. I didn't think the fact that part of the bathroom had curtains was a very good look. The bed was very uncomfortable. However, they have excellent staff who made us forget all the negatives with their attention and friendliness towards our family. We thank them. If I come again, I would like to stay again because I am sure that they will take these comments into consideration and see improvements.

We stayed here for four nights in July 2025. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again! We arrived really late and the hotel communicated with us really well in regards to how to check in, and they also organized a taxi for us from the airport so we wouldn’t get scammed. The room was really lovely and big. The bed was super comfortable and the AC was lovely and cold. Th shower was powerful and hot too. The curtains are not thick so we should have brought eye masks haha. The location of the hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the main tourist street with all the shops, but in a more residential area with tons of cafes and cute restaruants around. It was nice and quiet due to being off the street in its own little courtyard. My only qualm is that because people smoke near the doorway and in the courtyard, some times there was a cigarette smell that seeped into our room. People smoke everywhere in Serbia so it was just something we had to get used to.

A stylish and eco-friendly hotel with lush plants decorating the exterior, creating a welcoming and green atmosphere. The location is ideal just a short walk from major tourist attractions, trendy restaurants, modern cafes, and a nearby shopping mall, yet still quiet and peaceful. The hotel is modern and new, with a clean, minimalistic design that feels fresh and calming. The rooms are big, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. There’s a kettle with boiling water and a selection of tea provided. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and provided excellent communication from check-in to check-out. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The TV wasn’t working, which was a minor inconvenience. There’s no elevator, so if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues, that could be a challenge. The room also lacked a fridge, which would have been useful. At times, it was a bit noisy due to thin walls, you can occasionally hear sounds from neighboring rooms.
