We just went for a drink, we ordered some patatas bravas and they were delicious.

We arrived for lunch and there were four empty tables, but they told us there was no room. We were with three children, so it was quite disappointing, especially since there was no one else waiting. We definitely won't be back and we don't recommend it. A girl was cleaning a table, and the one taking orders looked at me and said there was no room, then continued taking orders... It's a shame, but as I said, we won't be back and we don't recommend it.

On the 24th, at approximately 12:00 PM, I went to the establishment to buy a Coca-Cola. Upon arrival, I noticed that the premises were open and that several people were on the terrace drinking. When I went inside to order a Coca-Cola, the staff told me they couldn't sell it to me because the establishment was closed and they were eating. However, the presence of other customers drinking and the fact that the establishment appeared open led me to believe that the service was available. I believe this situation was incorrect and disrespectful to me as a customer, since I was only requesting to buy a drink and was not offered any adequate explanation or alternative. Therefore, I am filing this complaint so that the incident can be reviewed and appropriate measures taken to prevent similar situations from happening again.

The service was quite unfriendly. They have a nice little terrace where you can't eat and there's no menu, you can only order the daily special. I would have ordered it if it hadn't been for the rudeness of the young man serving us, which was quite off-putting.
