Excellent location. The apartments are brand new and I would definitely give the cleanliness a 10.

It's a little difficult to find, but it'll be okay, thanks to Google.

TERRIBLE soundproofing and odor insulation(tho it's residence hotel) due to the building’s flat-style layout; poorly fitted doors with large gaps, and rooms positioned very close facing each other I had to endure noise incl screaming, banging, and cigarette smoke from the next room for hours. Customer service kept saying they were “working on it, we have very strict policy” but no action was taken for over an hour until I told them that im gonna call the police now. As written on the other review, the neighborhood is not seems to be safe or clean. It was literally a scary night, either in and outside of the building

The apartment was great. It had all the amenities. Very close to everything, bars, etc. Although the atmosphere in the area leaves a little to be desired. There was a smell of urine, people sleeping on the street, etc. But the apartment itself was very nice.

The apartment was fine, but the microwave didn't work, so I couldn't make breakfast. I must point out that the neighborhood is terrible. There was a lot of trash, dog feces, and a strong smell of urine. I didn't dare go out at night because of the neighborhood.
