Unfortunately, it was ridiculously overpriced, and the room service didn't work, even though we'd requested it. The room was very dark, everything was dark, including the ceiling and floor. The size was okay, but a second chair would have been useful in a double room. It would also have been helpful to have somewhere to put wet shoes on a mat. Beware: the glass sliding door to the bathroom has no markings! The reception isn't staffed in the evenings, but luckily there was enough toilet paper in the restroom for restaurant patrons, so we were able to get a roll for our room. The food and service in the restaurant were very good, and the breakfast was plentiful and excellent. It's a shame that satisfied guests aren't a priority anymore. Our advice: definitely choose a different hotel!

For skiing and outdoors smack in the middle

Great hotel with a great restaurant integrated into it.

Lovely hotel, good rooms with all that you need for a pleasant stay, and a minutes walk from the city center. Amazing and friendly staff, great breakfast menu and I loved the dinner time (that aubergine was fantastic and had so much flavour). It was 🔝 and made my two nights stay even more incredible. Thanks to all, and I will return.

I had a wonderful stay with my family. The hotel is extremely stylishly furnished. The breakfast and the staff were excellent. The value for money was outstanding. I highly recommend visiting this small boutique hotel.

The 3 stars were for the restaurant, which was very disappointing. In fact, two of us were sick from the same dish we ordered. The space was very nice, even though where we were was dark and closed. It was a shame that there was another room, but it was only for groups or more than two people.

We only stayed for one night. We received a very friendly welcome. The room was small but very nice and cozy. Breakfast was the best we've ever had in a hotel. Thank you to the team! 👏🏻 I think we'll have to come back again 😉

I love how cosy the room is, you have everything you need for a nice recharging night after all day excursion thanks to the Arosa card that comes with the room. The service team is quite lean. Gyopi, the breakfast server, brings the best food and service! We love the breakfast option and the nice Cappuccino made out of a real espresso machine beat any automatic coffee machine in a hotel breakfast buffet. We had one dinner at the restaurant, pleasantly surprised by the food, really didn’t expect such delicious chicken tikka masala deep in the Swiss mountain. Overall, unbeatable price quality ratio, would recommend to anyone who’s visiting Arosa!
