I had a small dark room without a balcony for 2 weeks, no TV, only a small trash can in the bathroom. The mattresses are very comfortable!

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Our room (a suite for four people) was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations. The only downside was the sofa bed in the room. Offering and calling this a "bed" is almost an insult, especially considering the price. The "mattress" is not only very thin but also so soft that you can feel the metal springs when lying down. Not to mention the constant squeaking when you turn over. We felt it was unacceptable to expect guests to sleep in this "bed" for such a high price. We have given the hotel this feedback; we'll have to wait and see what they do about it.

- Prime location, ski bus stop right outside! Many restaurants and ski lifts nearby – easily accessible on foot. - Totally hassle-free check-in and check-out! - Very clean rooms! - Rooms have everything you need for a ski holiday. There are small and large rooms available. - Breakfast is ample and delicious. We'll be back next year!
