Comeback Bar

The place is decent, and could’ve been a lot of fun but music is just bad. The night we went it was just old school Christmas songs for hours straight. I didn’t even know there were so many Xmas songs you could play in a row. There’s only so many versions of jingle bells and silent night I can tolerate. A big letdown for a gay bar. The local crowd didn’t seem to mind it, so maybe I’m the wrong audience.. who knows.

Was insulted with hophobia and asked if that was a homobar

Walti/Walter, as you prefer, is one of the most attentive and kind people that I have met as the owner of bars. Even tho he is not able to speak in English, he does his best to keep you very welcome in the place.

Today, my partner and I went to the Comeback Bar for a nightcap with friends. The manager was very unfriendly and deliberately ignored us for an extended period of time. He insulted us in front of all the other guests, telling us he wouldn't serve us any drinks. Several other guests also found the manager's behavior very aggressive and unjustified. Apparently, the manager's behavior is known to be problematic.
