I'm a regular at Substation and I must say my experience is always very positive! The team is truly professional and welcoming. The product selection is excellent and the store atmosphere is always pleasant. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality products and impeccable service!

The website wasn't up-to-date on Friday, April 7th. It said it was open on the website, but when I arrived at the door it was closed... so this will be my last visit. What a shame.

Definitely one of the best spots of its kind in Switzerland! It's really popular, even in the afternoon (especially with attractive young students) or at lunchtime (particularly with young, dynamic professionals). What makes this place special is its opening hours, which are different from other establishments that operate mainly at night. Here, on the contrary, it's primarily daytime, so you'll find a slightly different clientele than at nightclubs. You'll see plenty of discreet married men, or others who are supposed to be working (...) or even students who have skipped classes. It's amusing how many men need discretion. You're guaranteed to find something going on, and very often, some very attractive specimens! It's worth noting that Geneva is a transit city, so you see a wide variety of men passing through here! The location is also fantastic, just a two-minute walk from Geneva's main train station, which is itself only seven minutes from the airport! I've been going there for decades and I've always had a great time. The entrance ticket is valid all day, so the fun is in coming back several times during the day, and each time you meet new people!

I went there at the end of July. A perfect welcome, friendly, smiling staff. This place is wonderful for people who want to have fun. I can't wait to go back.

Horrible place to have fun. Only one toilet 🚾 🚽 . Not many people. Smelling cigarettes 🚬 everywhere. I don’t recommend it at all. If you pay my cash it cost 19chf but if you go to pay by card it’s 20chf. Is it legal? Drinks 2,50chf by cash. By card 3,00chf. Is it legal?
